The importance of continuity for gaining all the benefits Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel Methods have to offer.

People sometimes ask me why, after already having many years of training as a Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel Method Practitioner, I continue studying with my teachers. I do it because it is the continuity in the learning process that facilitates my own personal growth, and the refining of my skills in working with others.

I enjoy about 30 days each year (5 to 10 days at a time) in training for myself, and find it invaluable for experiencing progressive improvement in agility and resilience in myself - mind and body, emotions and spirit. I love learning!

My hope is that you will take advantage of every opportunity to have lessons, and take classes and workshops, as close together as possible- taking private lessons in between classes and right before a workshop is a great way to do this. Whatever your goals - to get rid of pain, heal an old injury, or improve your dancing- you  will experience a huge difference in how much you  improve throughout your life, when you get continuity in the process.

Free your neck
by having a

Healthy Spine from head to tail -

Saturday, February 13

Freedom from stiffness or pain in the neck is easy when you realize, through feeling, that- actually there is no "neck"- the cervical spine is part of the whole spine, and for any one part of the spine to move with ease, each vertebrae must participate. Neck problems diminish quickly with greater sensory awareness of the many different ways we can move our spine, ribs and pelvis, etc.

This one day intensive with 4 lessons on Saturday will guide you toward realizing, through experience, how to have a "neck" that functions as part of your whole self.

We will also cover some of the ways to deal with whiplash, or other neck strain events, immediately, in order to quickly relieve the injury and prevent long term problems.
