"The aim is a person who can move with minimum effort and maximum efficiency, not through increased muscular effort, but through increased consciousness of how the body works."
-Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais

Transform the lives of children with special needs.
Overcome pain and limitation.
Increase strength and mobility.
Improve balance, coordination and posture.
Heal injury more quickly and prevent injury.
Excel in athletic or artistic endeavors.
Increase creativity, confidence and well being . . . at any age.

By increasing our awareness of the details of how we move and carry
ourselves, we discover choices- for movement, thinking and feeling.
We can move beyond current limitations and develop more of our
  full human potential.

"In 15 years of private practice, my work has benefited children as               young as 4 months, teens, and adults as young as 99!"

I offer hands-on lessons and group movement classes.

Hands-on lessons, tailored to individual needs accelerate progress.

Gentle, precise touch and movement communicate new movement patterns directly
to your nervous system. Sensing new, easier, more comfortable ways to move, you            let go of limiting or painful habits, acquire new abilities, and reach higher levels of
artistic or athletic performance.
